Your mission:
The Telemarketer in Geneva makes a significant contribution to the company's success. In this position, you have a large margin of maneuver for customer satisfaction and achieving your goals. Moreover, you work in a passionate and dynamic environment.
Our expectations for this mission:
- You are responsible for telephone support and the development of commercial customers in your own portfolio.
- Proactively and through a direct approach (outbound), you provide advice and sell our products and services in the areas of Office Products, Food & Beverage, PPE, etc.
- You identify customer potential and independently take appropriate sales measures.
- You convince new as well as former customers by phone.
- You independently prepare price offers.
- Daily reporting of customer meetings is no constraint for you.
- Order entry and management of basic customer data are also part of your daily routine.
Your profile:
- A professional reorientation is possible with completed training in the commercial field, retail trade, or a similar area.
- Ideally, you already have experience in telephone sales and/or customer management.
- You enjoy contact with customers and your superpower is to excite them.
- You communicate perfectly in German; knowledge of French is an asset.
