Our future Avry (FR) store is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in charge of Editorial Products (books, comics, manga, CDs, DVDs, stationery, gaming).
Your mission:
- Support the Store Manager in optimising the store's profitability (margins, stock, depreciation, inventory) and contribute to monitoring and achieving the budget by the teams;
- Develop sales in the department and promote all products and services offered by the Fnac brand;
- Be proactive in proposing improvements to department procedures and ensure their proper understanding and application;
- Ensure, together with the Store Manager, close management of the Editorial Products team: team organisation, briefing, daily support by sharing knowledge, participation in monitoring the team’s activity as well as in defined action plans;
- Ensure the organisation and maintenance of the department: restocking, merchandising, price control and updates;
- Participate in defining and guarantee the implementation and effectiveness of the department’s commercial action plans.
