For our major construction site in Aarau, where we are commissioned as the general contractor, we are looking for an experienced and strong leader as Interior Construction Manager (m/f/d). Become part of our project team and take on this exciting task. We look forward to your application!
What you will drive
- Construction management AVOR / execution phase
- Execution coordination in interior construction
- Leadership of subcontractors including construction meetings
- Quality assurance
- Cost and schedule control
- Execution and/or support of the project team
Why you will succeed
- Architecture degree ETH/HTL, civil engineer ETH/FH or certified construction manager
- Communicative, strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Proven execution experience in the GU/TU sector; ideally in hospital construction but not a must
- Dynamic and communicative personality
- Quick comprehension as well as a proactive, result-oriented and thorough working style
- Confident German language skills
