- Supervision and monitoring of the pool area as well as ensuring cleanliness, order and safety
- Friendly care of our guests and answering questions about the pool area
- Checking water quality and temperature according to applicable standards
- Providing, replenishing and organising towels and other pool utensils
- Setting up and dismantling as well as maintenance of loungers and other facilities
- Adherence to the highest hygiene, quality, pool and safety standards
- Identifying and reporting technical defects or repair needs
- Close cooperation with housekeeping, spa and technical departments to ensure smooth operations
- Professional certification course in swimming pool disinfection
- Work experience in spa, wellness or hotel sector is an advantage
- Strong service orientation
- First aid knowledge is an advantage
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Passion for excellent guest service
