In a severely underserved region near Zurich, a completely new, state-of-the-art general practice with a clear vision will be established early next year: maximum medical quality with a maximally efficient daily practice routine. The practice consistently relies on digital and AI-supported processes – from smart practice software to automated procedures and robotics in medication logistics. This results in a significantly more efficient working day than in traditional general practices: less administration, fewer idle times, less organisational burden.

An interdisciplinary setting with several general practitioners as well as angiological expertise on site is planned. The demand in the region is enormous – a large influx of patients is expected from the start. The location combines the best of both worlds: working close to nature with a high quality of life – and at the same time the centre of Zurich is reachable in about 20 minutes.

The practice is deliberately aimed at specialists who want to actively shape modern medicine – and who understand that intelligent processes do not mean worse medicine, but create more space for the really important things.

Your tasks:

• Independent care of a broad internal medicine patient spectrum
• Modern outpatient medicine with clearly structured, digitalised processes
• Co-design of a new practice and its procedures
• Collaboration in an innovative, technology-oriented environment

Your skills:

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine or Specialist title in Internal Medicine (applications from Germany expressly welcome)
• Enjoyment of modern, efficient medicine
• Openness to AI-supported processes and digital solutions
• Structured, patient-oriented working method
