For our workshop in Affoltern am Albis, we are looking for an Operations Manager 100%

What you will do with us

• You take over the professional, personnel, and administrative responsibility for the workshop operation
• You directly lead the workshop manager and promote the development of the entire team
• You are responsible for infrastructure as well as occupational safety and health protection on site
• You ensure efficient order acquisition and processing, including offer creation and customer care
• You coordinate the workshop orders and ensure optimal utilization

What you bring (besides motivation and humor)

• Basic mechanical training or experience in a similar field
• Business management training and/or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience in a comparable role (very important!)
• Solid IT skills, as you will use the keyboard more often than the screwdriver
• A valid category B driving license (Category C? Jackpot!)
