The school social work at the Regensdorf primary school supports children, parents and teachers with social, personal and school-related challenges. It strengthens resources, promotes respectful interaction and makes an important contribution to a positive school climate.

To complement our team, we are looking for from 1 August 2026 – limited to one year, with the possibility of permanent continuation – a

💬 Your daily work

• Advising children and young people as well as supporting teachers with social issues
• Cooperation with internal and external specialists
• Contributing to a positive school climate and a respectful school culture

🎓 What you bring

• Completed studies in social work or in training for it
• Experience working with children and young people is an advantage
• Knowledge or interest in systemic solution-oriented counselling
• Enjoyment of collaboration, prevention work and networking
• Independent, reflective and reliable way of working
