tasks:

• you are involved in the execution and detailed planning of conversions, new builds and replacement new builds
• in doing so, you create construction plans and visualisations of construction projects from design to realisation
• project management including cost and quality management is also part of your interesting range of tasks
• in addition, you maintain close contact with architects, marketers, customer advisors, builders and authorities
• the workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a qualification as an architectural draughtsperson or as a structural draughtsperson
• professional experience in residential construction makes your working day easier
• interest in project management tasks is important to the company
• a confident handling of Archicad and BIM is an advantage, but not a requirement
• do you also describe yourself as conscientious, well organised and able to work independently?
