Your Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting employees with a mental impairment in their work and personal skills development
- Organizing deployment planning, support by phone or individual/group coaching on site
- Responsibility for designing and conducting the introductory course for new employees
- Acquisition and evaluation of new assignments with clients and elderly institutions
Your Profile
- Completed training as a psychiatric nurse HF/FH or social pedagogue HF/FH, preferably with experience in networking, public relations, and adult education
- Experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
