Deputy Notary 80 - 100%
Your area of responsibility
You will work in a motivated team that handles the tasks in the areas of notary, land registry, and bankruptcy. Your main duties include advising clients on matrimonial and inheritance law, drafting and notarizing contracts in corporate and land registry law, as well as in matrimonial and inheritance law. Preparing draft wills, maintaining and revising the land register, handling (also larger) bankruptcy proceedings, and inheritance cases complete your task profile. You will also independently take on leadership responsibilities as a team leader.
What you bring
- A prerequisite for this diverse and demanding activity is the qualification certificate as a deputy notary or the eligibility certificate as a notary of the canton of Zurich
- You are a team player, work precisely and customer-oriented
- You have a quick grasp and can independently and competently answer complex legal questions orally and in writing
- You have leadership experience and gladly take on responsible tasks where you may also be prominently in the spotlight
