SPITEX Grauholz is responsible for the high-quality, reliable, and needs-based care of 11 municipalities in the field of outpatient nursing and household services. You want

• to work independently and experience insight into different households while still having a supportive and appreciative team behind you.
• to work in challenging, varied psychiatric care and support situations.
• to improve everyday coping for clients and their relatives.
• to improve the quality of life of clients and empower them in their daily coping.
• to advise and care for clients in a targeted manner according to their needs, involving their resources and network.

You bring

• a qualification as a nursing specialist (HF/FH) and ideally have professional experience in the Spitex field.
• as a certified nursing specialist, the knowledge, experience, and suitability to design and take responsibility for nursing processes.
• as a re-entrant: willingness to attend a refresher course to update your professional knowledge.
• the ability to efficiently and conscientiously perform administrative tasks and ideally know our industry software Swing. In addition, you have a category B driving license.
