Your main tasks

- Coordination of medical emergencies
- Referral to additional medical emergency services
- Completion of various administrative tasks
Your profile
- Requirement is one of the following completed training: diploma in emergency medical technician HF; transport paramedic with federal certificate; federal certificate dispatcher emergency call center; diploma in nursing HF with emergency experience or medical practice assistant
- Confident handling of digital work tools and communication systems foreign languages
- Appreciative and empathetic interaction with those seeking help, team colleagues, response teams, and partners
- Independent and solution-oriented action – even under pressure
