On behalf of 28 municipalities with a catchment area of over 100,000 people, we are actively engaged, accessible, and networked in the following areas: Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB), professional guardianship, social counselling, mother and father counselling, addiction counselling, and school social work.
Team Leader Administration Social Counselling
The Administration Social Counselling manages reception and performs administrative tasks for social and addiction counselling as well as mother and father counselling. This includes tasks related to client administration as well as administrative duties to relieve the specialist departments.
Your tasks
Professional responsibility
- Professional and operational responsibility for the site team of the Administration Social Counselling (Admin SB)
- Active participation in daily business (counter/reception, accounting, client administration, etc.)
- Responsibility to ensure that assigned administrative tasks are completed correctly, efficiently, with good quality, and effectively
- Participation in new IT projects
- Collaboration in internal controlling, quality assurance according to specifications
Personnel responsibility
- Leadership of the Admin SB team at the Hochdorf site
Overall operational responsibility
- Participation in the development of the Centre for Social Affairs
- Responsible for the effective, targeted, and economical completion of assigned tasks
- Contribution to achieving BLA and PLA of the Social Counselling department
What you bring with you
- Commercial EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in administration in the social sector
- Leadership experience, as well as leadership training (or willingness to complete it)
- Resilient, assertive personality with very good communication skills and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Openness to change, willingness to help shape it and support it as part of the management team
- Empathy towards people in difficult life situations
- Team spirit and loyalty
- Confident German, eloquence in spoken (including dialect) and written language as well as good IT skills
- Ability to set priorities for oneself and the team
- Discretion and reliability
