We are looking for an Operational Banquet Manager (m/f/d) 100% from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement
What awaits you with us:
- Responsible for the operational processes of all banquets and seminars
- Planning, communication and duty roster creation for the department including interfaces
- Ordering and inventory management of MICE materials as well as monthly stocktaking
- Ordering of food and beverages in cooperation with the F&B department
- Conducting briefings before, during and after events
- Participation in function meetings
- First point of contact for guests during events
- Coordination of event planning in the form of a script
- Post-processing of events in cooperation with the event and F&B teams
- Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and continuous review
