To strengthen our customer service team Fire Safety, we are looking for a cheerful person who enjoys working both in the office and on-site with our customers.
What you will achieve
- You are responsible for the service management of fire alarm systems in the city of Bern and surrounding areas
- With your customer-oriented and competent personality, you ensure technical support during business hours with the team
- You plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance work, repair work, and management work for our technicians
- You independently manage smaller projects
- You support customers in your area together with the group leaders.
- In absences, you ensure representation for other areas and their support
What you bring
- You have completed training as an electrician/automation technician, ideally supplemented by commercial training.
- Proficient use of software tools, including MS Office and SAP, is routine for you.
- You are an organizational talent
- You communicate confidently in German
- You have good knowledge of French and English, or you are willing to deepen them
- You impress with your flexible, independent, and reliable personality
