As a regional tourism organization, we are responsible for marketing the Upper Engadine. With targeted marketing measures, we address existing guests and new interest groups, thus making a significant contribution to the tourist value creation in the valley.

For our team, we are looking for a Junior E-Commerce Manager B2C / B2B 100%, m/f/d starting September 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

You support the expansion of our digital sales in the B2B and B2C sectors. In B2B, you take care of the maintenance and further development of our partner online shop to optimize processes and strengthen cooperation with service and sales partners. In the B2C area, you actively shape our end-customer platforms to ensure our guests have a smooth and convincing shopping experience. You continuously work on improving the digital customer journey.

What do you bring?

• Completed studies in the field of e-commerce, business administration, or business informatics
• Initial practical experience in e-commerce, ideally in both B2B and B2C environments
• Analytical skills as well as confident handling of MS Office, experience with e-commerce or CMS systems is an advantage
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, independence, and enthusiasm for innovation
• Good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
