You are passionate about punching and injection moulding technology and feel right at home in the production of individual parts, small series and prototypes. We rely on the latest fully automatic manufacturing technologies combined with teamwork and passion. Become part of our team!

Your tasks:

• Manufacture of technically demanding tool components for progressive tools
• Programming/setting up 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines/sinker EDM/wire EDM
• Creating/optimising CNC programmes with modern CAM systems (VISI)
• Production of individual parts, small series and prototypes
• Various maintenance tasks in punch toolmaking and machine maintenance
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams throughout the entire development and production process
• Quality control with modern CMM measuring equipment

Your profile:

• Completed training as a polymechanic, CNC mechanic with professional experience in CNC milling, sinker and wire EDM
• Solid experience in CNC machining as well as CAM programming
• Confident handling of CAD software
• High enthusiasm and genuine interest in punching and injection moulding technology, combined with teamwork and a sense of responsibility
• Precise, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
