Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and highly organised Performing Arts Coordinator (Theatre, Music, Visual Arts) to join our Student Life Department for the 2026–27 school year. This whole-school role provides leadership and coordination for performances, productions, concerts, exhibitions, and co-curricular arts opportunities from Early Years to Grade 12, with a particular focus on theatrical performance and live events.
This position requires a certified teacher with experience in Theatre, Dance, Music, Performing Arts, or Arts Education, who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing artistic experiences to life for students.
What makes you our ideal Candidate
- Certified teacher with a degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, Music, Visual Arts, or Arts Education
- Significant experience in coordinating performances, theatre productions, or school arts events
- Demonstrated success leading arts programmes across multiple age groups
- Strong organisational and project-management skills, able to plan complex productions
- Collaborative mindset — able to work with creative teams, technicians, teachers, and families
- Experience mentoring or guiding students in artistic development
- Passion for performance, storytelling, and live artistic experiences
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German or other languages is an advantage
- Flexibility to support evening and weekend rehearsals, showcases, or large-scale productions
