Your Tasks
- You are in direct contact with tenants and prospective tenants
- You schedule and conduct viewings
- You process the digital re-rental process
- You proactively advise prospective tenants on suitable rental offers
- You select suitable prospective tenants in collaboration with management
- You analyze the reasons for vacancies and carry out appropriate marketing measures
- You create and edit property and site photos and 360° video tours
- You create apartment listings and publish them
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a merchant, in customer dialogue, or in sales with commercial further education
- You bring professional experience in direct customer contact, ideally in the real estate sector
- You possess a driver's license category B
- Your native language is German, and you can ideally communicate in other languages both orally and in writing
- You are a sales talent with strong persuasive skills and pronounced service orientation
- You have a professional and competent appearance combined with winning manners
- You work independently, accurately, proactively, and think and act entrepreneurially
