Apprenticeship start August 2027

You can expect a varied, demanding training. You will complete several internships in different departments of BKW. The internships can take place at various BKW locations (e.g. Bern, Nidau, Ostermundigen).

Your tasks

• You independently handle a wide range of administrative and project-related tasks.
• You work in customer service, technical administration, accounting, HR and energy trading.
• You act as a hub - organising, coordinating and communicating with various parties.
• With strong performance, you will take on projects in a lead role.
• BKW offers apprenticeships with both elective areas: second foreign language or individual project work. In the third year of apprenticeship, you can choose from all options.
• Completion of the vocational baccalaureate is supported.

What you bring

• You are in the 9th grade (secondary level).
• You have very good oral and written German skills and knowledge of foreign languages.
• You are organised and structured, have a good grasp and think innovatively.
• You are motivated, committed and enjoy challenging tasks.
• You work precisely and are reliable.
• You enjoy contact with people, teamwork and are communicative.
• An aptitude test (e.g. Multicheck) is desirable.

  From August 2026 we will start our selection process. We will get back to you from that time.
