About the job

• You accompany and support apprentices (FaGe) as well as nursing students HF/FH on their path to becoming nursing professionals.
• You actively shape the learning process – from planning through accompaniment to evaluation – thus contributing to practical and successful training.
• With commitment, you conduct educational zones and act as an expert during training completions.
• As a competent contact person, you advise nursing professionals on training matters and support new employees in accompanying apprentices and students.
• Together with the ward management and subject matter experts, you contribute to the organisation and further development of the department and actively shape the future of training.

• You have completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH and ideally bring at least two years of professional experience.
• You have already completed a pedagogical further education (SVEB I) or are motivated to acquire it.
• Experience in accompanying apprentices and students, for example as a daily supervisor, is an advantage.
• You convince with your professional competence, your ability to work in a team, and your pronounced communication skills.
• In dealing with apprentices and students, you act appreciatively, supportively, and as an authentic role model.
• Organisational skills, social and personal competence, as well as confident handling of common Office applications complete your profile.
