Due to retirement, we are looking for a
Specialist FaBe EFZ or Social Educator for our residential house Dorfstrasse in Biberstein, 65% position starting October 1, 2025, or by agreement.
You will accompany 15 adults with mild cognitive and partially psychological support needs in the areas of leisure/living and on the way to more participation and
independence. The residential house Dorfstrasse consists of two and three-person living communities.
Tasks:
Accompanying and supporting residents in daily activities and leisure
On-call night service from home (standby)
Weekend care
Participation in holiday programs
Administrative tasks
Collaboration with other areas and external specialists within the framework of the
key person system
Health care
Requirements:
Federal certificate of competence as a care specialist or equivalent training
Responsible, humorous, and team-oriented personality
High flexibility and social competence as well as physical and psychological resilience
Experience in supporting people with cognitive support needs is an advantage
Willingness to work irregular hours, split shifts, and standby
Driving license category B and driving experience with vans
Good MS Office user skills and good German language skills in spoken and written form
