Team Lead Product Owner 80–100% (m/f/d)

What to expect from us:

• You lead a team of Product Owners and coach them in their methodological development, conduct regular conversations, and promote a culture of personal responsibility and transparent feedback.
• You always keep an eye on your team's delivery performance. You ensure that the roadmap is implemented according to the defined goals (OKRs) with high quality and within the agreed timeframe.
• In close collaboration with the Head of PO, Product Management, and the UX team, you help shape the product strategy. You ensure that your team understands the big picture and translates it into operational reality.
• You identify and address blockers and dependencies in cross-team collaboration (e.g., with Support, Engineering, or Platform teams) and independently propose solutions to increase efficiency.
• You act as a role model. In complex projects or bottlenecks, you actively support requirements engineering or stakeholder management and manage a domain/feature team yourself. 

What we expect from you:

• You bring at least 5+ years of solid experience as a Product Owner in the SaaS environment. Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience (e.g., as Lead PO or Senior PO with a strong focus on mentoring).
• You have a university or university of applied sciences degree (Master preferred) and/or relevant agile certifications (CSPO etc.).
• Your knowledge of agile frameworks is at an expert level. You understand complex software architectures and can confidently moderate dependencies between internal and external systems (APIs, platforms). Knowledge in API management is a great advantage.
• Experience in fintech, accounting, or ERP systems is a significant plus, enabling you to understand the needs of fiduciaries and SMEs.
• You possess a high level of situational awareness and remain resilient even under pressure. You are a communication talent who can convey complex contexts understandably to stakeholders.
• Additionally, you bring business fluent English and German skills.
