Your mission:
- As a Senior Salesperson (Business Development), your objectives will be to:
- Actively develop the client portfolio in French-speaking Switzerland by targeting new prospects.
- Promote our Hardware solutions (UPS, semi-industrial and industrial rectifiers) and ensure sales growth.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients in the energy sector (SMEs, key accounts, new markets).
- Leverage your network to establish lasting relationships with decision-makers.
- Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and technical teams to ensure the quality of offers and product understanding.
- Provide regular activity reporting and forecasts to local management and the group.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in B2B sales in the energy sector.
- Strong focus on cold prospecting and acquiring new clients.
- Active network in French-speaking Switzerland (address book).
- Training and experience in the electrotechnical sector.
- Fluency in French (C2), German or English (B2).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation.
Requirements:
- Field presence: 4 days/week (home office possible).
- Driver's license (company vehicle provided).
- Position based in French-speaking Switzerland with frequent travel.
