Tasks
- Care and support of elderly psychiatric patients in a psychotherapeutic setting
- Design of the care process in the work with reference persons including patients, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
- Coordination, management, and evaluation of milieu- and care-therapeutic groups
- Active participation in working groups and projects
- Learning support for trainees and students in nursing professions
Profile
- Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or geriatric care
- High social/personal competence and structured way of working
- Willingness to support change processes, embrace new things and actively shape changes
- Work in shift system (without night shifts)
- Good German and PC skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
