Your team

Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment specialist with expertise in hedge funds, private equity, global real estate and private debt. The Geneva-and London-based team constructs, manages and advises on portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.

The Group has strong development ambitions for PAA over the coming years. To keep pace with this growth, PAA is looking to hire a Head of Products, Tech Client Solutions to design and deliver state-of-the art digital solutions to our investment teams and customers.

As a Head of Products, Tech Client Solutions, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and take ownership of the product development process from idea generation through to product delivery, ensuring that technology provides us with a competitive edge sustainably.

Your role

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure user satisfaction and achievement of business objectives.


• Lead the transformation of our Client Reporting, Digital Client Engagement, and RFP solutions by integrating innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence.


• Prioritize, plan, and execute product developments throughout the lifecycle, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimized cost management.


• Communicate and promote the product vision and strategy to users, stakeholders, and senior management.


• Inspire, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collective performance.


• Stay attuned to client needs and relevant business and technology trends.


• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster cross-functional synergies.

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification.


• At least 10 years of proven experience as a product manager for technology solutions, ideally in digital transformation and client engagement.


• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on innovation, with a keen interest in artificial intelligence.


• Experience with or strong appetite for integrating artificial intelligence solutions into digital products or services.


• Solid technical background, particularly with collaboration tools and digital transformation.


• Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority and to manage senior stakeholders.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.


• Fluent in English.

Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate. If you are passionate about building bridges between technology and finance and thrive in fast-paced environments among strongly empowered cross-functional teams, you will probably be a natural fit for this role.
