What awaits you with us
- Taking over the operational management of the warehouse team and ensuring a smooth daily routine
- Coordinating processes in goods receipt, storage, order picking and loading
- Ensuring timely and efficient processing of customer orders and proactive action in case of irregularities in consultation with sales
- Planning optimal deployment of employees and resources as well as supporting administrative tasks
- Active participation in daily operations (approx. 70% operational activity)
- Supporting logistics administration as needed in daily operations
- Professional and personnel management of the team (5 employees) and fostering positive collaboration; contact person for employees in staggered daily operations
What you bring
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable training with experience in logistics
- Several years of professional experience in logistics
- 2 years of leadership experience (professional and disciplinary)
- Further training as a process specialist or logistics specialist (advantageous)
- SUVA-recognised forklift licence (at least R3)
- Knowledge of one of the following sectors: wholesale and retail trade, building trade, industry or craft
- Willingness to work with staggered working hours (05:00 – 14:00 / 08:30 – 17:30)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- A reliable, conscientious, precise and structured way of working
- Resilient, flexible and versatile personality with physical fitness
