We are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a

Head of Finance and Controlling (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

• Managing finance and controlling for a division of the Welti-Furrer Group
• Preparing operational accounting monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Creating budgets, financial reports and analyses for management
• Deputising for the CFO of the Welti-Furrer Group
• Ensuring correct accounting and effective controlling
• Preparing annual financial statements and performing reconciliation tasks
• Leading and supporting two employees in accounting administration
• Developing and optimising processes and systems

• You have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting or fiduciary services.
• You have further training in finance and accounting or fiduciary services or are currently undergoing such training.
• You are an ambitious individual wishing to develop further in a challenging role. You are resilient and ready to take on responsibility.
• You have good knowledge of Excel. Abacus knowledge is an advantage.
• You think critically, analytically and have an eye for detail.
