It also oversees the pedagogical supervision of private schools and home schooling.

Your missions
- In accordance with the guidelines set by the Compulsory Education Service and the DFAC, the primary school principal manages the organisation, operation, and administrative and pedagogical management of their establishment, the leadership of staff, the quality of teaching and education, as well as collaboration with the school’s partners, representing the establishment to them
- They also pay particular attention to the quality of the climate within the establishment and the well-being of the people working there. Where necessary, they resolve any difficulties that may arise
- They work closely with the municipalities in fulfilling their tasks
Desired profile
- Teaching diploma for grades 1-2H and/or 3-8H or equivalent training
- If possible, CAS in management and leadership of educational institutions or equivalent training
- Minimum 8 years of teaching experience
- Experience in project management preferred
- Ability to establish quality interpersonal relationships
- Sense of responsibility and collaboration
- Fluency in French with good knowledge of German
