Tasks

• Review and approval of vehicle financing for private and business customers
• Processing and handling of applications related to battery rental contracts
• Assessment of creditworthiness
• Checking contract documents for completeness and obtaining and requesting missing documents
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially in the area of consumer credit and anti-money laundering laws
• Detecting and preventing fraud attempts in the financing process
• Creation and management of digital financing dossiers
• Maintenance and updating of customer, dealer and partner data in the system
• Competent written and telephone advice for customers, dealers and business partners
• Active participation in process optimisation and cross-departmental projects

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) or comparable commercial diploma
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3-5 years), ideally in the automotive, leasing or financing industry
• High decision-making ability, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Structured, careful and precise working style even in demanding situations
• Affinity for numbers and interest in financial contexts
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Very good German and French skills
• English and Italian skills are a plus
