Description du poste

Vous êtes rattaché(e) au Responsable du restaurant Le Jardinier. En tant que Chef(fe) de rang, vous êtes un ambassadeur de la prestation de luxe offerte à notre clientèle. Vos missions quotidiennes seront les suivantes :

Assurer la liaison des commandes entre la salle et la cuisine

Renseigner et conseiller les clients sur la carte

Présenter et effectuer le service des plats aux clients

Participer à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs

Répartir et planifier les tâches de son rang

Débarrasser les tables avec l’aide du commis

Participer à la réalisation et au suivi des facturations

Participer aux inventaires

Qualifications

Expérience : Vous êtes diplômé(e) en Hôtellerie-Restauration et avez une expérience significative en tant que Chef(fe) de rang dans le milieu 5*/ Palace.

Personnalité : Connaissances sur la culture gastronomique, dynamisme, réactif(ve) et un bon esprit d'équipe sont les principales qualités recherchées pour ce poste.

Langues : Doit parler, lire et écrire le français et l’anglais. Une troisième langue serait un plus.

Disponibilité : A partir du 1er juillet 2026. Horaires en coupure.
