Your field of activity
- You are responsible for first-level telephone troubleshooting of reported problems related to MeinLUKS and LUKSLink by patients or referrers (1st Level Support)
- You inform patients and referrers about the proper use of the offered technical and application tools
- You enjoy handling written correspondence in the context of MeinLUKS & LUKSLink
- You proactively inform the LUKiS team about operational improvements or reports when these come from patients or referrers
Your experience
- You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ, are studying, or have several years of practical experience in customer support with good MS Office skills
- We are looking for an independent, service-oriented, and reliable personality with strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer contact
- You convince with very good German skills in spoken and written form
- With your friendly manner, you professionally handle questions and problems and score points with quick and uncomplicated assistance
