For our client in Zurich, we are looking for an Office Manager to support the existing team.
Tasks
- Qualified support of the team in all administrative tasks
- Organization and coordination of all operational matters (vehicles, etc.)
- Independent organization of office management such as ordering office and consumable materials, incoming and outgoing mail, attendance controls, and interface with suppliers
- Support in organizing and conducting internal and external events such as employee events and training sessions
- Preparation and follow-up of meeting rooms and maintenance of break rooms
Requirements
- Commercial basic training
- Very good German and English skills
- Independent, responsible, and uncomplicated personality
