System Administrator / System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- You operate, monitor and continuously develop our Windows server and client infrastructure.
- You administer and optimise our hybrid Microsoft 365 environment including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune and other cloud services.
- You share responsibility for the operation of our virtualisation platform (VMware, Proxmox) as well as our storage and backup solutions.
- You plan and implement IT projects – from conception to successful completion.
- You interact with partner companies and their support organisations for maintenance, fault resolution and projects.
- You analyse faults, resolve complex incidents and support the service desk as second- and third-level support.
- You ensure compliance with our IT security standards and support security, compliance and data protection issues.
- You document systems, processes and technical concepts clearly and up to date.
- You evaluate new technologies and bring in innovative ideas that sustainably develop our IT.
Your profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, HF/FH or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in system engineering or system administration.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune).
- Experience with virtualisation, backup and storage solutions as well as network technologies.
- Ideally knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, Samsung Knox, Atlassian products).
- Analytical thinking, an independent working style and enjoyment in developing sustainable solutions.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours (on-call duty).
