Your Opportunity
Location:
Stabio (Ticino), full time (20% smart working) OR
Lomazzo (Italy), full time (50% smart working)
As an IT In Store Sales Specialist, you will play a supervisory role within the IT DTC (Direct to Consumer) team, contributing to the company’s global transformation program based on the Oracle Retail Xstore Suite.
You will oversee the implementation and customization of the global core model, manage localizations and ensure seamless functionality across the store network.
Additionally, you will supervise system integrations and actively support other IT DTC initiatives, driving continuous improvement and alignment with the company’s digital and Retail strategy.
How will You contribute
The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Gather and prioritize business demands, translating them into clear functional requirements, and contribute to the design of technical solutions that drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability in system integration;
- Supervise the development and customization of the Xstore framework, ensuring proper localization for each country and compliance with VAT and taxation requirements worldwide;
- Supervise integrations with other systems in the company ecosystem and/or with third-party vendor services;
- Deliver user training and provide support on new software features, functionalities, and tools.
Who you are
You are a professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities.
You have:
- Good knowledge of Oracle Retail Suite: Xoffice Cloud, Xstore, Xenvironment, Xservices, Xstore Mobile, EFTLink, Xunit;
- At least 3 years of experience in supervising global POS roll-outs, software implementation and system customization projects;
- Good knowledge of Database: Oracle DB and SQL;
- Knowledge of system integration with third-party vendors and internal enterprise systems;
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, user support and training delivery;
- Familiarity with VAT, taxation and localization requirements across multiple countries;
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English.
