Belimed Life Science AG is a globally active company headquartered in Sulgen, Switzerland. Belimed Life Science AG develops, produces, distributes, installs, modifies, and optimizes systems for cleaning and sterilization in the application areas: Pharma, Biopharma, Life Science, and Cosmetics for laboratory and production applications. With retrofit solutions for existing systems, the development of accessories, and extensive qualification activities, we complete our service portfolio.

We meet the current new challenges of the industry for rapid development of vaccines and medicines and the necessary assurance of the quality of these pharmaceutical end products with new, innovative solutions at the highest level. After the successful spin-off on 01.04.2019 from Belimed AG, we currently have more than 370 specialists at two locations in Sulgen (CH) and Grosuplje (SI).

Project Manager Retrofit

Your tasks

Responsibility from the offer preparation to the successful, defect-free handover of the projects according to the contractual agreement to the end customer

"Single Point of Contact" during the offer and project processing phase towards the customer

Technical and commercial responsibility for several customer retrofit projects as well as smaller system and documentation adjustments for sterilizers and washers

Management of communication with all project-involved departments and team members

Coordination and alignment of internal processes

Initiation and implementation of Project Change Orders (PCO) during the project processing phase

Maintenance of change control documentation

Continuous monitoring and reporting of project progress

Main contact person for internal and external project partners (e.g., sales, production sites, and service and installation)

Support of sales in important contract negotiations, escalation meetings, and customer discussions

Your profile

Knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical plant construction with a focus on GMP

Cost-conscious thinking, planning, and acting

German and English language skills, spoken and written, negotiation level

SAP knowledge is an advantage

Customer-oriented behavior

Committed, active, and team-oriented thinking and working style

Willingness to travel (10% - 20%)
