Purchaser (m/f/d) with development opportunity to deputy head of purchasing 80 - 100%
Tasks
In this important hub function, you focus on the operational day-to-day business. You ensure that our production is always supplied with the right components.
- Timely procurement and disposition of elevator components, assemblies, and consumables
- Handling the entire ordering process from inquiry through order to invoice verification
- Obtaining and comparing offers
- Communication with suppliers as well as technical and commercial clarifications
- Maintenance of article and supplier master data in the ERP system
- After successful training, support as a practical trainer in the purchasing department for our apprentice merchants
Profile
For this position, you bring a technical or commercial basic education and have a flair for technical products.
- Initial professional experience in operational purchasing, ideally in a technical environment
- You are an independent and initiative personality with a precise and structured way of working
- Good German skills; French or English skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) is a plus but not a requirement
