About the job

gaw - Society for Work and Living - is a non-profit organisation with heart and conviction. Since 1987, we have been supporting people with disabilities on their path to a self-determined life - with around 230 work and training places and 35 residential places in the Basel region.

Your job - You positively change the lives of others

For our practice company, we are looking for a manager from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement. You will be responsible for the professional, organisational and digital development of the practice company, modernise processes and take responsibility for the quality of training and integration work.

What you bring

Completed commercial training or solid commercial experience.
Very good Abacus knowledge as well as confident handling of MS 365 and digital tools.
Experience in administrative and operational processes.
Practice company experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of training apprentices, vocational integration or work pedagogy is an advantage.
Structured, independent and responsible way of working.
Enjoyment in developing processes and implementing pragmatic solutions.
Interest in digitalisation and actively shaping new topics.
Enjoyment in working with people and understanding of the dual mission (social and entrepreneurial).
Experience from a practice company rounds off your profile.
