Your tasks * You lead our logistics team together with three team leaders and are regularly present on site in the operation. * You ensure that daily business runs smoothly – and pitch in yourself if needed. * You identify optimization potentials in warehousing, transport, and processes and implement them together with the team. * You support or lead logistics projects such as new warehouse setups, transport optimizations, or consolidation of warehouse locations. * You ensure that our systems are used sensibly and support daily work. * You work closely with the Head of Supply Chain Management, especially in planning, budgeting, and further development of the area. * You continuously develop our logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA (especially EWM) and ensure the involvement of upstream and downstream departments. Your profile * You have training or further education in warehousing and logistics – practical experience is especially important to us. * You have already led one or more teams and understand what it means to support and develop employees in daily work. * You know logistics operations from your own experience and feel comfortable both in the warehouse and with administrative tasks. * You think pragmatically, recognize improvement potentials, and implement them together with the team. * You must have proven practical knowledge in SAP S/4HANA and are absolutely confident, especially in the EWM module. * You take responsibility, remain calm even in hectic situations, and make clear decisions. * You communicate clearly and on equal footing – with employees as well as with management. * You communicate clearly and fluently in German and preferably have English skills for professional exchange.
