To continue dynamically implementing our strategic goals and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and independent personality for our headquarters in Spreitenbach
Your main tasks include:
- Order processing (from order entry to invoicing)
- Checking incoming quote requests, orders, and contracts for completeness, compliance with internal instructions (discount authority, visa, etc.), and IT processing
- Ensuring efficient and timely processing of quotes, orders, contracts, and complete contract billing while adhering to deadlines
- Ensuring and monitoring the delivery process: deadlines, installation, network connection, instruction, and service tickets
- Processing, coordinating, and monitoring all customer inquiries
- Receiving and qualifying service orders by phone and email
- Entering orders in Dynamics/NAV (ERP system)
- Receiving, forwarding, and monitoring the timely resolution of complaints
- Supporting the sales team in administrative matters
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in internal sales and knowledge of quoting and contracting
- Good IT skills in the MS Office suite and ERP system (Navision) as well as IT affinity
- Team player, quick comprehension, and initiative
- Open communication style and high customer orientation
- Independent and goal-oriented, networked analytical thinking and action
- Native German speaker, good English skills, French is an advantage
