Are you trained in business sciences and know how to combine technical rigor with relational flexibility to optimize credit file processing? Join the Back-office Credit team that supports the internal management of credits granted to clients.
As a Back-office Credit Manager, you will deploy your analytical and control skills while ensuring perfect coordination with the various BCVS departments. Your relevant curiosity in reviewing files will allow you to improve the overall management of credit files.
Specifically?
- Your responsibilities will lead you to process, control, and manage credit requests for individual and corporate clients.
- You will actively contribute to the proper maintenance of client files (in terms of deadlines, quality, and regulatory compliance) through impeccable data processing and take appropriate measures in case of potential or confirmed risks.
- You will collaborate on SCI tasks (internal control systems) and contribute to compliance with credit policy.
- Finally, you will support client advisors and promote constructive exchanges to achieve win-win results.

This position is for you if…
- You have a commercial education (CFC, Maturity or equivalent) and several years of similar experience in a bank credit back-office sector.
- You have a keen sense of priorities and meeting deadlines.
- With perfect mastery of French, you also have good oral and written knowledge of German; your bilingualism would be a strong asset.
- You master computer tools and have good analytical skills.
- Your strong social skills are complemented by your positive mindset.
- As a rigorous person, you work autonomously.
