Our client supports and advises industrial companies in digital transformation and develops customised customer solutions in the field of process automation. The company places great importance on the continuous training and development of its employees to ensure that they are always up to date with the latest technology and industry trends. To complement the foreign trade department, our client is looking for reinforcement for the team as soon as possible.
- Preparation and monitoring of Carnet ATA and certificates of origin
- Control of transport costs for export and import including checking VAT accounts and handling letters of credit
- Telephone and written contact with subsidiaries, foreign representatives, freight forwarders and end customers in D/E
- Participation in projects
- Several years of professional experience in export
- Good IT skills (especially SAP, MS Office & customs programmes)
- Negotiation-level German and English skills, spoken and written
- Strong communication skills and ability to conduct discussions with internal and external customers
- Flexible working hours

Tasks
- Organisation and handling of all administrative processes of the export department (from warehouse to delivery to the customer)- Preparation and monitoring of Carnet ATA and certificates of origin
- Control of transport costs for export and import including checking VAT accounts and handling letters of credit
- Telephone and written contact with subsidiaries, foreign representatives, freight forwarders and end customers in D/E
- Participation in projects
Profile
- Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as a foreign trade specialist- Several years of professional experience in export
- Good IT skills (especially SAP, MS Office & customs programmes)
- Negotiation-level German and English skills, spoken and written
- Strong communication skills and ability to conduct discussions with internal and external customers
