The Meiringen Private Clinic is located in the impressive landscape of the Hasli Valley, in the Bernese Oberland. Here, people with all forms of mental illness find admission, treatment, and care. The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. Nursing and care are provided according to the latest medical-psychiatric and nursing knowledge.The Meiringen Private Clinic, as a member of the "Swiss Leading Hospitals," is one of the leading private clinics in Switzerland.
For our staff pool, we are looking for flexible qualified nursing specialists who are interested in working on various wards and in different shifts. The duty roster is arranged by mutual agreement.
Your tasks
- You are primarily responsible for implementing patient-oriented professional nursing within the framework of the nursing process and key worker duties.
- You are committed to high-quality nursing care in the sense of best practice.
- You actively participate in shaping the treatment process through interprofessional collaboration.
- You take part in interdisciplinary treatment meetings.
- You contribute to improving quality and process workflows.
- You support and guide students/trainees in everyday nursing practice.

- You have completed studies at HF level or hold an equivalent SRK recognition for foreign diplomas; professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage.
