The company PQM Consulting AG based in Pfäffikon SZ is a renowned IT company specialised in quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its clients professional support in optimising their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.We are looking for an Integrations Engineer in the field of debt collection at the Professional / Senior level (from 3 years), for a long-term assignment directly with our client in the Zurich area from 01.09.2026.
Main tasks:
- Close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to analyse requirements and provide high-quality solutions
- Active participation in an agile, pod/crew-based team using Scrum methodology
- Participation in workshops
- Integration of SaaS solutions within the client’s infrastructure
- Substitute duties, e.g. in workflow development in PEGA or similar applications
Requirements (content, methodology, technology):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field, with at least 3-5 years of practical experience
- Experience in implementing debt collection solutions, ideally experience with debt collection software from Egeli Informatik (see debt collection software https://egeli-informatik.ch/inkasso-software/)
- Ideally experience in implementing/developing disputes solutions, experience with PEGA (see https://www.pega.com)
- Open personality, enjoyment in participating in workshops
- Experience in implementing SaaS and on-premise solutions
- Experience with software solutions, both 3rd party implementation and in-house development
- Banking knowledge preferred, ideally in the credit card sector
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
- Teamwork skills are required
- Java, CI/CD pipelines, Linux, Oracle
- Knowledge of agile development methods
- German: fluent
- English: fluent
