Introduction

SCCF Structured Commodity & Corporate Finance SA is a leading financial services company specializing in innovative solutions for commodity and corporate finance. We have offices in Switzerland, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Miami. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Switzerland. If you are passionate about finance and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:

Cash management (Group and non-Group)

• Preparing and monitoring weekly reports on the balances of all bank accounts
• Managing bank account transactions: investments, foreign exchange transactions, transfers, etc.

Budgets and reporting

• Preparing monthly budgets
• Preparing the Group's consolidated accounts
• Preparing the analytical review
• Participating in the preparation of the P&L (Profit & Loss)

Support for financial projects

• Support any ad hoc or specific financial projects at the CEO's request,

Invoicing

• Prepare invoices,
• Follow up on payments and any reminders,

Intra-group payments and monitoring

• Paying invoices between subsidiaries
• Monitoring Group loans and associated financial obligations

Collaboration:

• Work with the group's various subsidiaries,
• Work with internal and external fiduciaries.

Required skills and profile:

• Master's degree in Finance (HEC type) or Swiss Accounting Diploma
• Very good command of financial management , accounting, and reporting tools,
• Excellent command of French and English (both spoken and written - minimum C1 level),
• Strong analytical and organizational skills,
• Rigorous, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
