Internal Sales Employee at 80-100% Your tasks/responsibilities:
- Management of phone calls, advice to our clientele, and active sales
- Processing and entering orders
- Issuing delivery notes and invoices
- Support for organizing delivery tours with our own vehicles In this key position, you will be the main contact for our clientele and will work closely with our production, transport service, and sales department. Your profile:
- You hold a federal certificate of proficiency (CFC) as a commercial employee or a diploma deemed equivalent. You
- You are a native French speaker with very good oral knowledge of German. Bilingualism is an asset.
- You are proficient in common IT tools (MS Office).
- You enjoy contact with clients and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility, are conscientious, flexible, and dynamic We offer you:
