Title obtained: Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) in Commercial Employee (bank option)
During your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to do internships in several departments of the bank, allowing you to learn alongside experts in each discipline. You will also participate in the company's marketing and CSR projects, during which you can make a concrete contribution.
Professional courses will take place at the CPNE in La Chaux-de-Fonds, where you will deepen the subjects necessary for your training.

Possibility of obtaining a professional maturity (also in English) during the apprenticeship.
Banking courses are provided by the CYP in Lausanne, with about ten courses per year.
Excellent academic background, high degree of motivation, and developed adaptability are required. To do this job, you must also enjoy contact with customers, teamwork, and be comfortable with digital technologies.
The recruitment process also includes an individual interview with representatives from Human Resources and training, as well as a one-day internship in one of our advisory centers.
The commitment of an apprentice is made by signing an official commercial apprenticeship contract for a duration of 3 years. The start date is set for August 2nd of each year.
Before starting their work in the departments, apprentices undergo 3 days of introductory training during which they are informed about the progress of their apprenticeship, the bank's infrastructure, and are made aware of security and IT areas.
Throughout their training, apprentices successively pass through the main banking services. At the end of each internship, an evaluation sheet is established by the training correspondent and the apprentice.
At the end of the training, the bank offers young people the opportunity to do an internship with a cantonal bank in German-speaking Switzerland.
