Your tasks as

Service Technician (m/f/d)

As a service technician in the Central Switzerland region, you ensure the technical service for all CWS devices and carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance work at our customers’ premises according to internal guidelines. Additionally, you ensure the timely delivery of consumables.

Your role with us as a Service Technician (m/f/d)

• You carry out installations, repairs, and service tasks for all products at our customers’ premises according to internal guidelines
• You ensure the timely delivery of consumables and the correct recording of delivered quantities
• You represent service drivers during their absence and reliably take over their responsibilities
• You ensure a professional appearance with customers and smooth communication between CWS and our customers
• You prepare your route independently and keep your service vehicle clean and in perfect technical condition at all times
• You take on additional tasks such as washing hygiene boxes, contributing to smooth operations

• A successfully completed training, ideally in a craft-related field or as a service driver, is advantageous
• You enjoy dealing with customers and are distinguished by your service orientation
• Preferably, you have successfully completed training, ideally in a craft-related field or as a service driver
• You are physically fit and resilient – lifting and carrying are part of your daily work
• You have good German language skills and appreciate professional manners
• A valid driving licence, C1 or higher, is naturally part of your profile, as well as a driver card and a current CZV competency certificate
