Operations Electrician
100% (m/f/d)
The Zurich brickworks offer ceramic solutions for the entire building envelope. For over 150 years, we have been making living more natural and building easier with our clay building materials. From a simple raw material, we develop sophisticated systems for roofs, walls, and facades. Since 2020, we have been part of the swisspor group.
To strengthen our operational maintenance at our location in Istighofen (Thurgau), we are looking for an Operations Electrician.
Your Tasks
- Electrical maintenance work on our production facilities with mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Analyzing and resolving malfunctions (including PLC)
- Smaller installation projects according to NIN/NIV
- Updating electrical schematics
- Willingness for periodic on-call services
- Planning and executing retrofits on machines and infrastructure
You Bring
- Training as an electrician or automation technician in an industrial company
- NIN/NIV approval is desirable
- PLC knowledge (Siemens S5, S7)
- Enjoyment in imparting knowledge to employees
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Driving license category B (for on-call assignments)
