About the job

We are a property services company headquartered in Immensee (SZ) and part of the C. Vanoli Group. To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for a Property Manager to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independently managing your own property portfolio (residential and commercial)
• Organising property maintenance, coordinating and commissioning repairs and damage cases
• Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and caretakers
• Supporting renovations and conversion projects

Qualification / Profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Preferably you have specialised further training (Property Manager with FA) or three to four years of experience in property management
• Good manners, resilient, persistent and good assertiveness
• High flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Precise and independent working style
• Experience with RIMO R5 is an advantage
